Tiny Tickers Charity
Facilitator & Blogger
Abbie facilitates the 6 weekly parent-to-be groups for individuals and couples who have had a diagnosis in pregnancy of congential heart disease (CHD).
"Abbie is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with other parents of babies with serious heart conditions, keen to lighten their load, and help prepare them for the journey ahead. She has contributed blog posts to the Tiny Tickers blog, advice and content for various campaigns and always provides expert advice, which we can share with our beneficiaries about looking after their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our small charity greatly appreciates all her help, which is always offered with enthusiasm and positivity - she is a true delight to work with."

"Abbie’s amazing strength to be able to discuss her personal story, her own struggles with mental health and how it has affected her life was inspiring, and to then go on and be a champion of mental health and be there for others is amazing. Mental health is unfortunately still a taboo subject, but with people like Abbie changing the narrative and sharing their personal stories, I can only see it moving in the right direction. Thank you again Abbie for sharing your story. You are an inspiration."
