Ruby Donnelly, Recruitment Advisor and Disability Forum Lead, The Guardian

"Abbie’s amazing strength to be able to discuss her personal story, her own struggles with mental health and how it has affected her life was inspiring, and to then go on and be a champion of mental health and be there for others is amazing. Mental health is unfortunately still a taboo subject, but with people like Abbie changing the narrative and sharing their personal stories, I can only see it moving in the right direction. Thank you again Abbie for sharing your story. You are an inspiration."
