About Abbie
Abbie Mitchell is a mental health, bereavement and suicide awareness advocate, speaker and trainer, currently working in the charity sector and has a wide range of experience setting up peer support programmes for adults and young people who have experienced loss and/or mental distress.

Abbie has a special interest in children and young people's wellbeing, maternal mental health and lived experience leadership. This has shaped her career in championing best practice in participation work within community settings and Abbie has worked for several leading mental health charities to help implement peer support.
